Snake Charmers Woven Bag Vintage Pakistan c1940. Vintage Snake Charmer’s bag of the Sami Faqir from the Sindh Region of Pakistan. Perfect example of the weaving in Sindh, the condition is very good for an old used piece. Color is dark brown with decorative color stitch touches. All hand woven and sewn. Circa 1940. Throw blanket size 34” x 75”. Medium weight two ply soft cotton perfect for watching TV or an AC blanket. Very clean done by hand with Woolite. Woven in small strips on a small tribal loom, one professional patch see photos of reverse that show strips. Perfect for cobra charmers and friends of reptiles.
